DIR SEARCH AND EVALUATION
Summary
The Director of Search and Evaluation is responsible for leading the search and evaluation process for potential business opportunities, partnerships, and licensing. The Director will play a crucial role in shaping Moffitt's growth strategy through rigorous analysis and strategic recommendations. The Director will develop and execute outreach strategy to engage companies domestically and internationally.

Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in oncology or healthcare industry preferred

Pay
Salary Range: $132,013.44 - $198,120.00
Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
