About the role
RTX Corporate is seeking a Director, Real Estate Partnerships to lead a team in consolidating and managing RTX’s global real estate contracts. This role will align with global site, business unit, and leadership stakeholders on vendor consolidation to drive consistency, harmonization, and contract savings. The position will establish supplier engagement plans and enforce governance within the RTX Real Estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for the corporate real estate function, optimizing cost, performance, and risk mitigation
- Serve as the strategic advisor to Real Estate stakeholders on market insights, supplier landscapes, and sourcing best practices
- Act as lead and escalation point on negotiations for managed services, solutions, consulting engagements, and digital services
- Manage end-to-end contract processes, including preliminary contract review, redlining, drafting amendments, and coordinating execution for MTAs, MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, and related documents
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement using technology and data-backed insights
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of Sourcing and Procurement Management experience, with at least 5 years in Real Estate
- Experience with sourcing roles and functions, including creating sourcing roadmaps, developing category strategies, risk management, and requirement change management
- Experience supporting clients with global needs and assessing how global factors (e.g., local law, global trade, privacy) impact solution viability
- Strong negotiation and sourcing skills with an understanding of different contract types
- Strong collaboration skills for effective communication with internal functional service owners and external suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to understand financial information, budgets, and program performance, and develop strategies to improve performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven business results

Pay
The salary range for this role is $186,200 – $353,800 USD. The range is representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role. Employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite, with the ratio of onsite time determined in partnership with your leader.
