You'll Do

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Administer and optimize Verdant energy management system
• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking
• Lead capital planning, property rehabilitation projects, and long-term asset lifecycle management
• Maintain guest-facing and back-of-house technology systems
• Ensure compliance with chemical, hazardous material, and equipment regulations
• Direct security function, establish protocols, and respond to emergencies

Leadership

• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride of ownership
• Participate in hotel leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning

Your background includes at least five years of progressive engineering or facilities leadership experience, particularly in hotel or mixed-use commercial settings. You have expertise in multiple trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building automation systems. Experience with energy management platforms, hotel operations technology, and security systems is advantageous. You possess strong leadership skills, able to communicate technical matters effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
