About the role
This role leads the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of infrastructure solutions within a defined technology domain, while driving alignment across Engineering, Operations, and Service Management. The Director is accountable for establishing scalable infrastructure patterns, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable, cost-effective service delivery. Additionally, the role provides strategic and people leadership across teams, translating business needs into technology solutions and execution roadmaps.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience
- 4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership
- Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy
- Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management
- Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with cloud, compute, network, EUC, or distributed systems
- Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code
- ITIL or similar framework experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
Pay
$133,400.00 – $247,700.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
