About the role
The GMP Manager will oversee contamination control and environmental cleaning compliance within ISO 8 and ISO 9 cleanrooms. Responsible for cleaning validation, GMP documentation, and comprehensive SOP reporting. Manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical engineering services.
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan.
- Control overhead expenses.
- Responsible for the attainment of financial goals.
- Review and analyze financial statements with leadership, including weekly operating reports.
- Monitor future contract financial reviews and updates.
- Responsible for productivity and staffing that aligns with divisional goals.
- Monitor period analysis and initiate action plans as necessary.
- Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
- Maintain an active stewardship program at multiple levels.
- Administer client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and respond in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the provisions of client contracts.
- Assist in customizing programs to meet unique account needs as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation compliance for cleanroom operations.
- Document contamination control workflows per GMP standards.
- Formulate technical action plans to address non-conformances and deviations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum five years GMP environment experience in clinical high customer/client relationships.
- Experience managing clinical engineering accounts.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience preferred.
