Dir, Finance - Market(Must Live In Georgia)

For our client, we are seeking a Dir, Finance - Market(Must Live In Georgia) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide market-level finance activities with a focus on reporting accuracy, close support, and analysis that informs leadership decisions. The position partners closely with market leaders, actuarial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support pricing, revenue, and operational performance. It is well suited for a finance leader who can balance hands-on accounting support with strategic analysis in a managed care environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,600 – $237,400 annually Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to leadership Review and input market finance IBNR models and analyze cost drivers Support monthly close processes with journal entries and accruals Coordinate quality improvement initiatives with market leaders to exceed targets Collaborate with actuarial teams on rate advocacy and revenue maximization Participate in pricing strategy for marketplace products Conduct ad hoc analysis and modeling for market-specific initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred Minimum of 7 years in accounting/finance, including at least 3 years in management Experience in managed care or healthcare preferred Familiarity with financial analysis concepts and accounting practices Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package Opportunities for professional development Supportive work environment fostering collaboration Flexibility in work arrangements Potential for performance-based bonuses Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
