About the role

A Registered Nurse who coordinates and manages the administration of direct and indirect patient care for the Emergency Department. Will also serve as the coordinator for trauma patients and will monitor the care and outcomes of trauma patients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and manages the administration of direct and indirect patient care for the Emergency Department.
  • Serves as the coordinator for trauma patients.
  • Maintains oversight of the care and outcomes of trauma patients.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure by the Alabama State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of 4 years RN experience.
  • Previous experience and demonstration of expertise in patient care.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of ACLS.
  • Preferred successful completion of ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC.
  • Management experience preferred.

Skills

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
