What You'll Do

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and stakeholders
  • Lead new business opportunities through influence, vision, and collaboration—not authority
  • Organize, write, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Maintain and exceed financial sales targets
  • Follow a defined sales process with precision and consistency
  • Manage multiple priorities with discipline, structure, and self-motivation
  • Travel regularly across a large geography

Preferred Qualifications

  • Great relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities
  • High energy, positive outlook, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and large territories
  • Strong time management and territory planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems
  • High degree of accountability, integrity, and personal discipline
  • Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% during peak periods)
  • Experience selling contracted services and/or within senior living or foodservice (preferred)
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
