What You'll Do
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and stakeholders
- Lead new business opportunities through influence, vision, and collaboration—not authority
- Organize, write, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Maintain and exceed financial sales targets
- Follow a defined sales process with precision and consistency
- Manage multiple priorities with discipline, structure, and self-motivation
- Travel regularly across a large geography

Preferred Qualifications
- Great relationship-building and influencing skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities
- High energy, positive outlook, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and large territories
- Strong time management and territory planning skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems
- High degree of accountability, integrity, and personal discipline
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% during peak periods)
- Experience selling contracted services and/or within senior living or foodservice (preferred)
- Proven track record of sales success
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
