Dipping Specialist Day Shift

Job Purpose

Produce a quality product by correctly dipping mandrels according to procedures.

Compensation & Schedule

$18.50/hr
Day Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM Monday-Friday
Overtime as needed

Essential Job Results

• Completes dipping procedures by operating the dip tower by dipping rack in coagulate tank and neoprene tank according to instructions indicated on side of tank and work instructions.
• Fills tanks, changes screens, and changes totes as necessary.
• Maintains mandrel cleanliness by inspecting mandrels for foreign matter and removing foreign matter before proceeding to coagulate tank.
• Manages tracking information on conformal by stamping all pertinent information on conformal and/or back after it has been dipped.
• Manages accurate records by recording cart numbers on the dip sheet.
• Maintain quality service by keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and exceeding all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures; assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including workplace safety, OSHA, etc.
• Wears steel toed shoes and hearing protection in the proper places.
• Makes sure trash cans are taken out, floors are clean, and general housekeeping.
• Contributes to team effort by maintaining a good attendance record; accomplishing related results as needed.

Your Background

• You have a High School education level or equivalent education.
• You have 1+ years previous relevant experience.
• You must be skill checked on 10 positions within the assigned department.
• You will still be required to complete tasks from associate conformal operative 1 and 2.
