Responsibilities
- Carry out all activities according to the Health and Nursing Care Act
- Assume overall responsibility for the nursing process
- Delegate and sub-delegate tasks to supportive nursing staff
- Ensure the highest patient safety through effective management of complex care situations
- Perform excellent patient observation and interpretation of signs and symptoms
- Instruct, supervise, and evaluate trainees
- Provide quality care in close collaboration with other professional groups
- Act ethically and based on evidence and research
Requirements
- Completed training in psychiatric health and nursing care and proof of professional authorization (required by start date at the latest)
- Completed special training for use in specialized areas or willingness to acquire it within five years
- Good IT skills and fluent German communication skills
- Comprehensive expertise in patient care and nursing practice
- High social competence and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime as well as night and weekend shifts
- Commitment to continuous professional development

Pay & Schedule
Gross monthly salary of at least €4,160 (based on LD 14/02) on a full-time basis, depending on creditable prior service, plus any allowances. Start date by agreement. Full-time and part-time positions available, permanent employment and maternity/parental leave replacements.
