What You'll Be Doing as our Educator

• Provide a comforting and secure presence, making every child feel special and understood
• Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere where kids can make friends and learn positive social skills
• Work hand-in-hand with parents to support the whole-child development
• Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming community that everyone loves
• Use your keen observation skills to cater to each child's unique needs and interests
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the top of your game

Who We're Looking For

• Working towards or holding a minimum of a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Valid Blue Card
• Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain)
• Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards
• Genuine love for working in Early Childhood
