Dining Services Team Lead - Cumberland Woods Village
Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a schedule of 10:30 AM – 7 PM, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Cumberland Woods Village, part of UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, is a vibrant, beautifully appointed independent living retirement community located in Allison Park. The community is situated on a secluded, wooded hilltop yet provides all the amenities of an upscale resort.
The Dining Services Team Lead performs the general responsibilities of Dining Services team members, such as simple food preparation, serving food, and cleaning up after meal service. This role provides training and leadership for Dining Services team members and supports the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform simple food preparation, serving food, and clean up after meal service.
- Provide training and leadership for Dining Services team members.
- Support the Dining Services Manager.
- Interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of Dining Services experience.
- Leadership or training experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
Pay
Starting pay: $17.25/hour - $21.00/hour, depending on experience.
