Let's structure:

Responsibilities
- ... list items ...
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Only: Two (2) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position. Employment history is calculated on a full-time basis (40 hrs per week); part-time employment is calculated on a pro-rated basis to determine qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Relatable experience as a current or previous State of Colorado employee.
Maybe combine into Qualifications section? But rules: use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They said usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings where applicable. So we need to map content to those headings. We have About the Division of Youth Services -> could be "About the role"? Actually About the role is generic; but we have About The Division Of Youth Services which is about the division, not role. Could use "About the role" heading and put that paragraph? Might be okay. But they said use those as examples, not strict list. Probably we can use About the role for the division description. Responsibilities: duties. Requirements: maybe minimum qualifications. Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? Or we could combine. Benefits: benefits list. Schedule: shift info. We should not create Pay section because not specified. We should not create Skills section unless present. Let's decide:
About the role
The Division of Youth Services (DYS) provides a continuum of residential and non-residential services that encompass juvenile detention, assessment, commitment and parole. DYS is the agency statutorily mandated to provide for the care and supervision of youth committed by the District Court to the custody of the Colorado Department of Human Services. The Division operates ten secure facilities that serve youth between the ages of 10 and 21, who are pre-adjudicated, sentenced, or committed. For pre-adjudicated youth, the Division is also responsible for the management and oversight of Senate Bill 91-94; a State-funded, locally administered program that provides services to youth at risk of further progressing into the juvenile justice system. In addition to residential programming, the Division administers juvenile parole services throughout the State.

We should also include Conditions of Employment? Not in the heading list. Could be part of Requirements? But we have not used Conditions. Might be important to include. Could add a section "Conditions" but not in examples. However we could include under Requirements or Qualifications? Better to add a separate section "Conditions of Employment" but not in examples; but rule says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Conditions could be part of Requirements? Might be okay to include under Requirements as additional details. We could add a
Requirements
and include both minimum qualifications and conditions of employment as list. But we must preserve all substantive information. Conditions of employment includes many items; we should not drop them. So we need to include them somewhere. We could add aConditions of Employment
heading, even if not in examples, it's acceptable as it's a heading. The instruction
