Position Summary The Dining Services Director / Executive Chef is responsible for the overall management and success of the Dining Services Department, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, safety, and hospitality. This role oversees menu planning, food preparation, staff leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while delivering a dining experience that enhances residents’ daily lives. This leader promotes a strong understanding among team members that dining services play a critical role in resident wellbeing, satisfaction, and community reputation.
