About the role
Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs, Florida, is seeking a Dining Service & Training Manager to join a member-owned club recognized with Distinguished Club and Platinum Club status and celebrated as one of America's Healthiest Clubs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee onboarding and ongoing training across Food & Beverage
- Provide rotational floor management coverage in season
- Use scheduled shifts to coach in the moment and confirm that training carries through to performance
Qualifications
- Club, hotel, or upscale restaurant experience
- Passion for team development and service consistency
