Responsibilities
- Support daily dining room operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
- Aid with meal service, table setup, and dishwashing duties
- Help meet or exceed residents' dining expectations with friendly and efficient service
- Take a lead role during shifts or assist with training new team members
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of server experience
- Experience working with older adults (preferred)
- Kitchen and dining room–related experience (preferred)
