Dining Server - Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Dining Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will provide prompt, courteous service by taking and delivering orders accurately, setting up and cleaning dining areas, assisting with meal prep, and ensuring dietary restrictions are met.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests with professionalism
• Prepare dining areas and assist kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Engage residents to foster a warm, social dining atmosphere
• Manage inventory and participate in team meetings

Requirements

• Prior experience in dining or customer service preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks

Pay

USD $16.00 - USD $18.50 per hour, excluding bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
