Purpose
The Lead Server performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department. The Lead Server is responsible for ensuring that all job tasks in serving and cleaning are completed in accordance with Wingate Policies and procedures. S/he performs duties under the direction of the Dining Room Manager to assure that quality food service is provided to meet the needs of residents.
