Key Job Accountabilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide a memorable visit through provision of exceptional service (friendly, safe, efficient, thorough, ministry minded).
- Consistently respectful and professional in all aspects of the position.
- Work well with co-workers, guests, and other MHA staff; display a team oriented mindset and attitude.
- Follow specific instructions from the directing supervisor, staying on task at all times.
- Multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail in order to achieve a high level of accuracy.
- Perform preparation, cleanup, and reset duties to prepare for meal service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education/Certifications/Licenses: One year of High School preferred.
- Work Experience: None required.
- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Ability to take directions and complete tasks as assigned.
Ability to work well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, and other MHA staff.
Ability to work and interact positively with a large variety of people.
Ability to effectively and efficiently self-manage and stay on task.
Ability to multi-task.

Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Ability to walk and be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
- Work primarily indoors with occasional shifts worked outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work most major holidays with the exception of Christmas.
- Prioritize weekday and weekend availability.
- Adhere to the basic principles as expressed in Mount Hermon’s Mission, Vision, Values and Commitment statements.
- Able to arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work.
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must agree to and comply with Mount Hermon’s employee driving guidelines for Mount Hermon owned vehicles and personal vehicles for business purposes.
