Pay starts at $14.25/hour with the opportunity to earn more based on experience. Part-time schedules available: Mix of 4:00pm–7:30pm & 11:30am–7:30pm (37 hours bi-weekly), 11:30am–7:30pm (45 hours bi-weekly), or PRN (as needed).

About the role
A Dining Server at Country Meadows/Ecumenical plays a key role in our residents’ dining experience by creating personalized, high-quality service while enjoying the company of older adults.
Responsibilities
- Engage with residents by learning preferences, accommodations, interests, and friendly exchanges
- Prepare dining room for meals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas
- Assist residents with menu selector sheets
- Clean and sanitize dishes and silverware per company standards
- Perform floor maintenance in dish room, kitchen, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
- Entry-level; no prior experience required
- Positive customer-service attitude with respect, friendliness, and willingness to serve
- Ability to work and collaborate well with others
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Physical ability to perform required tasks
- English proficiency sufficient for safe, efficient job performance
