Pay
Pay starts at $14.25/hour with the opportunity to earn more based on experience. Above‑standard industry wages are offered, with additional performance‑based bonuses, length‑of‑service bonuses, and career‑path growth incentives.
Schedule
- Part‑Time, mix of 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm & 11:30 am – 7:30 pm – 37 hours bi‑weekly
- Part‑Time, 11:30 am – 7:30 pm – 45 hours bi‑weekly
- PRN (as needed) positions

Responsibilities
- Engage with residents to learn preferences, special accommodations, personal interests, and foster friendly exchanges
- Prepare the dining room for meals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dining areas
- Assist residents with menu selector sheets
- Clean and sanitize dishes and silverware according to company standards
- Perform floor maintenance in the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
- Entry‑level; no prior experience required
- Positive customer‑service attitude demonstrating respect, friendliness, and willingness to serve others
- Ability to work and collaborate well with others
- Strong multi‑tasking capabilities
- Physical ability to perform the tasks required in this role
- English proficiency sufficient for safe, efficient performance of job duties
