Schedule

Full Time, 40 hours weekly. Hours: M-F 6:00 - 2:30; every other weekend/Holiday is required.

Pay

$22.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff.
• Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training.
• Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly.
• Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges.
• Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made.
• Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are in place and followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor within healthcare operations.
• Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
