We are seeking an experienced fine dining or semi-formal server to join our team. The Springs at Lancaster Village is seeking customer-service-minded individuals to join our team of Dining Room staff. Great staff & considerate managersAppreciative and caring Residents The Lead Dining Room Server is responsible for the overall assurance of an excellent dining experience for our residents. Responsible for not only promptly and graciously serving our residents, but to train and inspire the dining team to do the same.
