Dining Room Server - Full-Time & Part-Time

About the role

Provide high-quality meal service in a gracious environment, ensuring accurate communication, order-taking, and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in dining areas
• Assist with special functions and oversee bistro areas, including food presentation and stock management
• Learn resident preferences and dietary needs
• Serve food at appropriate temperatures (hot and cold)
• Participate in quality assurance activities and team meetings
• Sanitize and reset dining areas after meal service
• Attend all required trainings and meetings

Requirements

• Demonstrate core values such as love, kindness, honesty, and respect
• Prior experience in healthcare or restaurant settings preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Knowledge of applicable regulations (ADA, health, OSHA)
