Dining Room Server - Flexible Scheduling
The Patterson is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white-glove dining experience for our residents, delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department.

You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.
Responsibilities
- Deliver meals efficiently and with exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and trays
- Provide friendly, resident-first service
- Follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
- Support overall operations of the Dining Services Department
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Must be 19 years of age or older
Pay
$14 - $16 per hour, based on experience
