Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
- Manage staff and ensure their professional development
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Engage in community outreach and fundraising activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
