About the role
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is seeking a Dining Room Server to join the Food Services Department. This position is responsible for caring for guests during meals served in the dining room and other locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assists with dining room preparations and setup
- Helps to maintain cleanliness and neatness in the dining room and hostess stations
- Serves guests courteously and efficiently
- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Maintains confidentiality where appropriate
- Ensures a clean and neat uniformed appearance while working
Requirements
- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer
- Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading, and leading group prayer as schedule permits
- Demonstrates behavior aligned with BGEA’s Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Hallmarks, policies, and expectations
- Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence

Physical/Mental Demands

- Extended daily, evening and weekend hours may be required

Benefits Summary
Associate or Seasonal employees may work up to 19 hours a week (not to exceed 1000 hours a year (calendar/sequential)), and are not eligible for any benefits.
