Dining Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Manage the office duties that include payroll, accounts payable and ordering supplies
• Receive incoming calls, filing, ordering, organizing and other general office duties
• Aid with catering events as needed, including setup, serve food/beverage, and breakdown

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service/office setting preferred
• Excellent analytical, oral and written skills; Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work effectively and enthusiastically in a time sensitive environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related programs
