Responsibilities
- Perform precise dimensional inspections of titanium aerospace castings using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, and other metrology tools.
- Verify parts comply with strict engineering and customer specifications.
- Review blueprints and GD&T to ensure accurate measurements.
- Document inspection results thoroughly.
- Support root cause investigations related to quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve inspection findings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and shop math skills.
- Experience with quality systems and manufacturing or aerospace inspection environments.
