Additional Compensation
Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview
Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor, maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays, and ensure they are in proper order throughout the day.
