Digitization Manager

About the role

The Digitization Manager supports the design and implementation of enterprise-wide strategies for web-based and digital technologies, acting as a conduit between business leaders to develop and execute these key strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver an effective digital strategy to achieve enterprise goals.
• Improve overall customer experience by expanding digital channels.
• Enhance communication channels with field teams regarding daily activities.
• Increase revenues by expanding customer contact methods.
• Replace manual processes with technology-driven efficiencies to enhance revenue and achieve cost savings.
• Achieve targeted savings through improved waste reduction initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with business leaders to foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Develop presentations tailored to various leadership levels (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.).
• Drive, decide, and consult on digital improvements in close collaboration with business owners and key users.
• Manage projects, systems, and tools in a decentralized environment.
