Digital Workspace Platforms Engineering Manager
Work You'll Do
Lead the engineering design, build, and lifecycle management of enterprise digital workspace platforms including M365, endpoint management, and collaboration tooling.
Develop and maintain platform engineering roadmaps aligned to CTO strategy, practitioner experience goals, and enterprise architecture standards.
Oversee a team of platform engineers, providing technical direction, performance management, and professional development.
Establish and enforce engineering standards, configuration baselines, and quality assurance practices across all workspace platforms.
Drive platform integration with enterprise systems including Entra ID, ITSM, zero-trust security frameworks, and observability tooling.
Partner with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure platforms meet compliance, scalability, and resilience requirements.
Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept efforts to continuously advance the firm's digital workspace engineering capabilities.
