Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Government schedulers and SGLs for training calendar updates.
- Prepare classrooms, assist with roster management, and support kickoff briefings.
- Conduct weekly equipment readiness checks and report system status.
- Log and maintain RFI responses, training outcomes, and SharePoint entries.
- Support lesson plan revision and event execution planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training support or instructional logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Army classroom management, scheduling, and coordination tools.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint platforms.
