Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Government schedulers and SGLs for training calendar updates.
  • Prepare classrooms, assist with roster management, and support kickoff briefings.
  • Conduct weekly equipment readiness checks and report system status.
  • Log and maintain RFI responses, training outcomes, and SharePoint entries.
  • Support lesson plan revision and event execution planning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training support or instructional logistics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Army classroom management, scheduling, and coordination tools.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint platforms.
