About the role

AG Recruitment sources workers and places them with an employer who then takes responsibility for their housing, accommodation, and payroll. Unlike other agencies, AG does not outsource workers, ensuring complete control and no lost communication.

Responsibilities

• Source workers and place them with employers
• Ensure workers understand what they are getting into and give them basic skills and knowledge to prepare for leaving
• Conduct at least six hours of contact time with each worker, including a two-hour interview and half a day of training
• Assess personality, attitude, motivation, and determination in a realistic environment
• Build strong relationships with workers to regain trust lost through other agencies
• Provide a professional and responsible service to inspire confidence and trust

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in soft and top fruit
• Strong understanding of how the industry works

Skills

• Ability to assess internal values and worker suitability during interviews
• Experience in recruitment and placement of migrant workers
• Knowledge of Eastern European labour markets (Romania and Bulgaria)
