About the role

Media to Movement (M2M) is a strategy that uses digital media to reach hundreds—or even hundreds of thousands—of people with a culturally relevant gospel message. This role involves joining efforts to use video, audio, and social media to reach seekers and disciple them toward multiplying movements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Media to Movement strategy to reach seekers online
• Create or support the creation of video, audio, or social media content
• Engage in ongoing prayer for the unreached and for movement in the region
• Contribute to broader team goals and community life
• Collaborate with other missionaries and local believers
• Maintain communication and accountability with supporters
• Serve with a positive attitude and willingness to grow

Qualifications

• Interest in learning and applying M2M strategies
• Love for Jesus and a passion for the lost
• Commitment to reaching unreached people groups
• Experience in ministry and discipleship (specific role may vary)
• Creativity and a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to pray and seek the Lord’s direction
• Administrative skills for communication and support
• Ability to work with volunteers and teammates
• Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
• Emotionally mature and not prone to a critical spirit
• Comfortable with digital communication tools
• Willingness to live in the target area
