Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer
BAE Systems is seeking Digital Signal Processing Engineers to work in our Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems division. In C4ISR Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. Qualified DSP Engineering candidates should possess strong Communications Theory and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) skills. This engineer will participate in the development of algorithms/software used for detection, identification, and processing of complex communications signals. As a member of the Signals Exploitation Capability Group within Systems Engineering, you will be exposed to the full systems lifecycle from requirements, algorithm, software and hardware development through integration and testing.
Responsibilities
- Specification development
- Coding and testing moderately complex software and/or DSP programs
- Assisting in other engineering activities such as integration testing, algorithm & data analysis, and software troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in EE (Electrical Engineering), ECE (Electrical and Computer Engineering), or other Scientific degree with suitable Digital Signal Processing engineering
- Educational or work experience in Matlab and/or C/C++
- Digital Signal Processing

- Ability to obtain a TS Clearance

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $64,926 - $110,374. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
