Digital Services Representative

Job Description

Fidelity Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Digital Banking Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting digital banking services, including card issuance, processing and maintaining ATM and online banking services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The position involves coordinating with internal departments, assisting business clients with treasury services, and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
