Digital Scale Client Success Manager
About the role
The Digital Scale Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients are satisfied with the digital scale solutions provided by the company. This includes providing ongoing support, addressing client concerns, and enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with product development team to identify and address client needs
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Identify areas for improvement in the digital scale solutions and recommend changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in client success or technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with digital health technologies and platforms is a plus
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
