Digital Sales Representative

About the role

In-office role at our Downtown Phoenix office. Kickstart your digital sales career with best‑in‑class training. At Townsquare Interactive, we help small and medium‑sized businesses grow through an all‑in‑one business management platform and digital marketing services (website design, SEO, social media, reputation management).

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands‑on training and live coaching
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)

Requirements

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Coachability and willingness to take feedback
• Strong communication skills
• Grit and determination – excited to put in the work
• No sales experience required, just a desire to grow
• BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
