Digital Sales Representative
Role Summary
The Digital Sales Representative is an office-based sales position reporting to the Digital Sales Supervisor. The primary objective of this role is to accelerate the adoption, volume growth, and long-term user retention of the ONE Quote platform. The role focuses on shifting customers toward a digital self-service booking model, and leading promotional activities to secure brand new ONE customers using this platform.
Additional Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned weekly container volume booking budget through the ONE Quote platform.
- Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure competitive rate offerings to the ONE Quote market.
- Maintain accuracy on all freight quotes generated and bookings processed to minimize billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with space management to align online space provisions with demand and growth targets.
- Engage with ONE Communications team for digital promotions and automated mass customer outreach.
- Increase the number of unique customers utilizing the ONE Quote platform quarter-over-quarter.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, system troubleshooting, and customer profile maintenance within internal systems.
Core Required Skills And Competencies
- Liaise with sales for intake of new ONE Quote customers who previously worked with ONE via offline contracts.
- Analyze relevant market data to identify new target accounts and prescribe actions to win.
- Anonymously troubleshoot commercial issues escalated by customers in relation to the ONE Quote offering.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Successful persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with customers and stakeholders both inside and outside of ONE.
Required Minimum Years Experience
1+ years of experience in container shipping or logistics sectors preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
