About the role

The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for generating outbound business opportunities for G-P’s Meridian Suite of EOR solutions and driving direct sales of G-P’s Meridian Contractor product through various digital channels.

In this role you will focus on engaging with net new potential customers to better understand their needs, and offer appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Possess 2+ years of experience in outbound digital sales or a similar role.
  • Show strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and techniques.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Show strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Show familiarity with online advertising and digital marketing trends.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Annual gross base salary range: $57,000 - $71,250 plus variable compensation.
  • Additional compensation available for sales roles: commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Additional compensation available for non-sales roles: annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
