Digital Sales Associate (Remote) (Start Date 8/31/26)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
• Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
• Maintain minimum quality expectations
• Timely follow up on active prospect list
• Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
• Able to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• A High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ wpm
• Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
• Remote work experience preferred but not required
