About the role
As a Digital Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships through digital channels. This includes providing exceptional service, managing customer accounts, and promoting bank products.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide support and resolve issues.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
