Digital Project Manager

Contract: Part Time or Full Time – Permanent

Location: Remote / Edinburgh

About the role

To project manage and facilitate communication during the development of digital projects. Particular emphasis is on coordinating workflow between customers and the internal team—ensuring project components are effectively tasked, communicated, handed over, and deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with web-based applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc.)
• Client/customer-focused approach
• Attention to detail
• A positive outlook

Qualifications

• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent (Communication / Marketing / Publishing / Web)
• Content writing and editing skills (WordPress)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with online project management tools (Jira, Trello)
• Social media management skills
• Basic web analytics skills (Google Analytics)
• Understanding of marketing and technology terminology
• Keen eye for QA, including bug testing
