About the role

iCrossing is a marketing and technology partner built for brand growth. We combine agency agility with Hearst's data, insights, audiences, content, and technology capabilities. As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you will join an integrated team to drive client outcomes through Agile Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document digital transformation journeys, aligning with pragmatic technical requirements
  • Create detailed functional specifications and related artifacts for digital projects
  • Collaborate with digital, integration, and data technologies to design and implement new customer experience strategies
  • Work with Agile delivery teams to document, guide, and communicate the overall solution
  • Support the technology team by reviewing requirements and specifications, and responding to requests for clarification
  • Partner with the QA team by reviewing and providing feedback on test cases, logging defects, and updating requirements documentation
  • Identify risks and issues, reporting them to the project lead for awareness and resolution
  • Act as the functional owner and primary point of contact for any questions about the functionality

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a technical consulting client-facing role or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to interact with various levels of end-users, business leaders, and technical resources
  • Experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications based on high-level user stories
  • Demonstrated awareness of change management and influence mapping to support digital initiatives
  • Experience with Agile methodology and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with digital tools such as web content management, marketing automation, email tooling, or web analytics
  • Eager to learn, creative, and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
