About the Role
The Commercial Digital Banking Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing management of digital banking solutions for commercial clients. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities, improve client experience, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and conversions. The specialist plays a key role in system conversion efforts, including planning, testing, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support the lifecycle of commercial digital banking products, including onboarding, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Partner with product managers and vendors to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
- Participate in release planning and perform UX testing of new features.
- Review, update, and refine existing procedures to align with best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and ensure procedures and runbooks accurately reflect current operations of the department.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist application support incident management and resolution for digital banking issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for commercial digital banking capabilities.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, treasury teams, and clients to understand business needs.
- Assist in client onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate communication plans for all digital product releases.
- Work with training teams to develop new sessions or materials as required.
- Update SharePoint sites post-release to reflect new release information.
- Publish new product release notes.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly product update meetings.
- Seek feedback and partner with the commercial team to ensure content is adequate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and related technologies required.
- Understanding of requirements related to digital banking and retail banking processes, and financial services experience preferred.
- Advanced computer skills.

Pay
The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
