Profile Summary
The Lead Digital Product Delivery Manager defines product strategy at the channel level and sets the standard for product delivery excellence across the organization. This role operates as a senior individual contributor and strategic partner to executive leadership.
Channel Strategy Leadership
- Define 18–24 month product vision and roadmap
- Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning
- Present and align strategy with executive leadership
Delivery Excellence
- Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices
- Ensure accountability for outcomes, not just milestones
Architecture Influence
- Partner with engineering leadership on build vs. buy decisions
- AI system design implications
- Architecture trade-offs impacting product outcomes
Executive Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to VP Digital Product
- Contribute to business cases, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization
Job Family Leadership
- Mentor and develop product delivery talent across all levels
- Define career progression and capability expectations
Knowledge & Experience
- 8+ years of product or technical product experience
- Proven leadership at a product area or channel level
- Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management
- Extensive experience defining AI product strategy
- Strong technical credibility with engineering leadership
- Experience influencing VP-level strategy as an IC
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $114,480 - $170,070 USD. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
