Digital Product Analyst
About the role
The Digital Product Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the product management team and possesses subject matter expertise for their designated products, experiences, or applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Validates documented functionality against system performance to identify and categorize bug-remediation and enhancement work for Agile teams
- Performs analysis and works closely with the team to identify core product, application or system issues to map out possible solutions
- Creates and updates system documentation (including process flows, product feature details and user guides) and monitors and updates workflows as required
- Gathers, organizes, and interprets data to help optimize product performance, drive user satisfaction, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Captures and documents detailed business requirements and translates them into features or user stories necessary to meet the expected business needs
- Prepares functional, system and program requirements for Digital value streams for ongoing projects and releases
- Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for scheduled initiatives, bug remediation, enhancements and releases
- Evaluates reported system defects and manages the flow and prioritization of related work based on impact, customer need and Product Management prioritization
- Supports the product teams in all phases of the development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation follow-up
- Supports product owner in day-to-day tasks, particularly around sprint management
- Aids in material collation and analysis in preparation for product demos, quarterly business reviews, and other report-outs for the value stream
- Aids in identifying and taking on tasks that will enable the team's success
- Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years in application support, business analysis or other related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years in application support, business analysis or other related experience
- May require on call support rotation after hours and/or weekends
Preferences
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- Prior experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban
- SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
Target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
- Minimum Job Range: $72,883.25 USD
- Median: $90,230.00 USD
