About the role

The Digital Production team sits within the Creative Technology department and manages the delivery of various digital projects including websites, mobile apps, e-commerce, banners, customer relationship management (CRM), and emerging technologies. As a Digital Producer, you will play a crucial role in bringing ideas to life online.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a digital project from requirements gathering and discovery, documentation of specs, creative development, and oversight of development to QA and project launch.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines and lead teams to established deadlines.
  • Creatively solve problems related to timing, resources, and budgets.
  • Communicate project status to internal teams and clients on a regular basis.
  • Proactively share information with teammates, convey feedback accurately and clearly.
  • Contribute to the documentation of business requirements and functional specs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external web development teams.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for media and partner agencies.
  • Work with analytics to ensure all digital assets are properly tagged.

Requirements

Direct experience managing technology projects from inception through delivery.

Strong project management principles and tools.

2-5 years experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with many different personality types.

Organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Clear & concise communication.

Self-starter, “Doer” attitude.

Strategic thinker & problem solver.

Desire for growth (individual, team, and agency).

Not intimidated by the unknown, ability to jump into the deep end.

Curious & eager to learn.

Flexible & adaptable.

Familiarity with design software and content management systems.

Qualifications

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
