Digital Printing Press Operator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to support manufacturing, marketing, and sales operations through pre-press file preparation, digital printing, and production support. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, with hands-on experience operating and maintaining digital printing presses. This on-site, hourly position requires strong technical expertise in preparing and producing consumer product labels, packaging, and marketing literature while ensuring color accuracy, print quality, and brand consistency across all materials. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors are essential.

• Prepare and interpret job tickets, organize production workflow, and set up digital press equipment
